Imam Khamenei to attend Quranic session on 1st day of Ramadan

A Quran recitation session will be held in presence of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A Quran recitation session will be held in presence of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
A large number of members of Iran’s Quranic community, including Quran masters, Qaris, memorizers, eulogists and others, will attend the Quranic event at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Hosseiniya (religious center) in Tehran.
Several top Qaris, including Iran’s representative in this year’s international Quran competition of Malaysia, will recite verses from the Holy Quran during the program.
It will be broadcast live on the Quran TV and the Quran Radio.
The Leader will address the gathering and the program will conclude with congregational prayers led by Ayatollah Khamenei and Iftar (fast breaking).
Such a gathering is held every year on the first day of the holy month in presence of the Leader.
