Iran’s Ambassador in London Hamid Baeidinejad said on Thursday that the US army will not dare to execute White House’s orders against the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iran’s Ambassador in London Hamid Baeidinejad said on Thursday that the US army will not dare to execute White House’s orders against the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).
In an exclusive interview with CNN, he added that terrorism designation of IRGC can leave immediate impacts on US forces’ situation in the region.
“They are in a volatile situation and if they want to fulfill Washington’s orders their position will be damages,” he said.
US wrong decisions have caused Iranian nation stand more united and develop a consensus over anti-US policies, he said, noting that US recent decision has promoted public support to IRGC.
These are wrong decisions that have always backfired, he said.
Asked about IRGC wide-scale activities, he said that IRGC has different branches, as it was in the front to help the people when flood hit certain provinces in the country.
Baeidinejad also hailed IRGC’s role during the imposed war, saying that the force enjoys high popularity among the people.
Responding to a question about the US and its allies’ efforts to isolate Iran in the region, he said, “Iran has a suitable situation for cooperation in the region.”
“We have good cooperation with Afghanistan, Pakistan and other regional states,” he said, noting Iran has a stable situation in the region.
