Second seminar of Arbaeen activists kicks off in Mashhad

Also present in the seminar were Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli, Khorasan Razavi Governor General Alireza Razm Hosseini, vice custodian of AQR Mostafa Khaksar Qahrudi and a large number of religious and cultural activists who are among eager participants in Arba'een ceremonies.
Addressing the participants, Mohsen Mansouri the secretary of Arba'een Headquarters of Astan Quds Razavi and the managing director of Karamat Foundation said: "The seminar hosts 100 teams from Iraq and 10 from other countries, who will exchange views on Arba'een and explore ways on how to commemorate the religious event gloriously."
The Second Seminar of Arba'een Activists this year, falls in two parts of lectures and workshops, with the latter expected to exchange experiences among the specialized teams.
"Arba'een is the manifestation of all beauties of the universe and it is the greatest public march in the history of the human beings," he said, adding "Today, Arba'een march is the greatest cultural, social and religious phenomenon in the world that takes place through mass public turnout by the lovers of Imam Hussein (AS)."
During the past years, Astan Quds Razavi has shown active contribution to the event, Mansouri stated. "This year, we have plans to manifest still stronger presence in financial aspect, supported by charities, and in executive aspect in cooperation with the activists."
According to him, AQR's Arba'een mission intends to promote cultural aspects of this religious event, expand its dimensions internationally, pave the ground for presence of the underprivileged walks of life in Arba'een ceremonies, and boost the friendly relations between Iran and Iraq.
