IRGC Commander Major-General Mohammad-Ali Jafari said on Saturday that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia should understand that Iran is well aware of their covert supports to terrorist groups and the country's patience will end.
The IRGC commander made the remarks in the funeral procession of border guards martyred in a terrorist attack in east of the country.
'We will take our revenge against the UAE and Saudi Arabia and ask Iran's security council to give us green light to launch revenge operation,' Jafari said.
In addition to Americans and Zionists who play leading role in igniting insecurities and terror in the country, intelligence organizations affiliated to Saudi Arabia and the UAE are striving to create insecurity in southeast of the country, he said.
'We have concrete evidence proving that (Saudi-UAE) intelligence organizations try to create insecurity in the country,' Jafari said.
Country's officials such as president and head of Supreme National Security Council have declared that thereafter the Islamic Republic of Iran is not to take into account previous considerations and will take revenge directly, the commander said.
Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Headquarters in a statement late on Wednesday said 27 of its forces were martyred and 13 wounded in a terrorist attack on the Khash-Zahedan road.
