AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The head of the National Delegation, Mohamed Abdulsalam, said that Turmp's veto, against the congressional resolution that sought to end US involvement in the aggression on Yemen, proves US responsible for all Yemen's massacres, crimes and unjust siege.
"Trump's veto revealed that his country is not only involved in the aggression against Yemen, but also the decision maker in the war and the other countries are just followers," Abdul Salam said in a tweet, Wednesday.
"This decision is an unnecessary and serious attempt to weaken my constitutional powers, which is endangering the lives of brave US citizens and soldiers now and in the future. It is my duty to return it to the Senate without my consent," Trump said in the letter announcing the use of the veto.
The House of Representatives approved that the draft resolution in April, adopted by the Senate in March, in the first time the House of Congress approved a bill on the powers of war, which restricts the ability of the President to send troops to participate in operations.
Trump Veto is a clear indication that the aggression against Yemen is waged by the U.S. only and Saudi Arabia, the UAE and so-called legitimacy are tools used to execute his agenda.
