Pakistani court releases four dangerous terrorists involved in anti-Shia suicide attacks

Pakistan - AhlulBayt News Agency - Anti Terrorism Court Shikarpur’s judge Fida Hussain Mughal has released the most dangerous four terrorists involved in Shikarpur and Jacobabad Suicide attacks, due to lack of evidence against crime No. 150/2015.
During the proceeding of the case, the police officials, changed their statements, as per mentioned in the F.I.R.
The six terrorists Akram Arain, Abdul Aziz Shaikh, Abdul Ghani Brohi, Siraj Ahmed Brohi, Muhammad Din Brohi and Siraj Langah, were arrested during house-to-house search in a village Taj Muhammad Brohi near Khanpur, where police had recovered arms and more than 100 kilogrammes of explosives from their possession during raid.
According to top police official, the then SSP of Shikarpur, Masood Bangash, confirmed the arrests of the terrorists and said that they were the facilitators of the culprits involved in bomb blasts in Shikarpur and Jacobabad and were wanted in many cases of heinous crimes. He further said that all of them are affiliated with banned outfits.
Jacobabad and Shikarpur districts have remained the target of the terrorists since many years and the most horrifying attack was carried out in Imambargah Karbala Maula in Shikarpur, in which 65 persons were martyred and more than 20 were injured, on December 31 last year.
Before this, a suicide attack was also carried out in Dargah Hajan Shah Ji Mari in Shikarpur, in which Saen Hajan Shah and others were martyred and many were injured.
In Jacobabad 24 people martyred, mostly children, and injuring more than 40 others in a powerful suicide blast during a Muharram procession.
Anti Terrorism Court was established 1998, under Nawaz Sharif’s government, to deal with terrorism cases.
